Return Policy

Would you like to exchange or return your purchase? We are here to assist you! Exchanges or returns are accepted up to 14 days after the delivery date.

PLEASE NOTE:

For items purchased during the sale, SABONZO does not offer the option to return them for a refund. These items can only be exchanged for other items or store credit.

Exchanging or returning is quick and easy in the following 3 steps:

1. Send us an email at info@sabonzo.com stating the reason for your return and which products you wish to return or exchange. We will then send you the return form.
   
   

2. Fill out the return form, clearly indicating which items you want to exchange for a different size or product or return for a refund.
   
   

3. Return your package to us within 14 days of receipt using the carrier of your choice.

4. Upon receipt in our warehouse, we will process your return within 10 working days. Our returns department will keep you updated via email.
